The book was a big let down. It is just lists of differential diagnosis. They could have done a lot here with skill review, questions to ask.
fast delivery, great condition of book 5 out of 5 stars.

Believe me this is the only book you will need to study for the CS,i am a forigen medical doctor, i got first aid CS and was enough for putting me on the right way to the test.i practiced the cases with a friend of mine 2 times and the whole study time was a month (not continous day and night study for CS only for sure,i was doing 2-3 h a day as i was studying CK too).
i even had on my test day cases not written in the book nor in the USMLE world cs,but i was able to manage because i knew what general questions you ask in any case ,so i didn't panic.
and finaly i passed the test !!!!! hope you all do
