I love this cd. I know it's not a sleep cd but I listen to this at night when I'm going to bed. It has helped me a great deal with getting a good nights' sleep. I put it on and before I know it, I'm asleep. Nothing has ever worked like this for me. I have yet to get through the whole cd without falling asleep. My daughter just started using it because she has a hard time going to sleep and it works just as good for her. It is very calming and relaxing. I really like her voice. It's not annoying at all.

The medical side is easy to understand and very interesting. I have recommended this book to many friends who never had an opinion on reincarnation. They all loved it and are now believers. I also recommend my favorite book in this topic I Love You. Now What?: Falling in Love is a Mystery, Keeping It Isn't

Before I read this book I had just got done reading Michael Newton's book "Destiny of Souls". I got to tell you that book really put me in a bad place. It was very cold, depressing, & negative. I didn't find his book the least bit heartwarming or inspiring. It made me afraid to read any more books about past life regression. I wanted to read about it so I could understand why I have some of my own fears in life that are unexplained. Well atleast in this lifetime. Then I read "Only Love Is Real". This book put me back in the positive, heartwarming place where Dr. Newton's book left me in the cold. I could tell throughout this book that Brian Weiss intentions was to help people the best he could to live lives free of obstacles. Blocks from this life as well as past lives. This story was beautiful, full of hope, & made me feel good about life. I just love books like this & I hope that he continues to write more.

Recently I picked up my copy of Creative Visualization and noted that I had written four big goals in March 2003 onto pages in the back of the book. By October 2004, I realized that three of the four goals were already complete and the fourth is still ongoing. I was so impressed with this that I have written two more big goals into the back of the book and I will order her Creative Visualization Workbook to enhance this experience. I don't know how it works, nor, according to Gawain, do we have to know -- just let the Universe manifest the details ... and it does. Easy to read; easy to understand. Shakti Gawain teaches, like the Buddha, with an "open hand" and no "secrets" held back.

I have read and enjoyed previous work of Don Miguel Ruiz, The Four Agreements, The Four Agreements Companion Book, and The Mastery of Love. This last book I've probably liked better than the other ones. I'm not sure why. Maybe it's because it's a lesser known book or that it was a bit less mystical than the other ones.

In any event, I found The Voice of Knowledge to be a very insightful piece of work. It was easy to read and had a section titled, "Points to Ponder" which helped summarize the major points in each chapter. I also bought the The Voice of Knowledge Card Deck which has all of the major points contained in 48 beautifully illustrated cards. Some examples included: The truth is perceived with our feelings, All of the drama humans suffer is the result of believing in lies, mainly about ourselves, and Heaven is here, but we need to have the eyes to perceive it.

Ruiz's work is vital to my deeper understanding of human behavior. It is important to me as a relationship/personal development author to give really good advice in terms of awareness, skills, and strategies. And this the, The Voice of Knowledge, helps to keep me on track so that I can be of better service to those who trust in me for sound advice in their dating, love, relationship, and communication areas of their lives.

This is a highly recommended book for those with a higher awareness and seeking deeper understanding of the invisible forces in our lives.
