This is probably the most important book in the series.Why??It probably is because some major things happen in it.Sam's dad gets married,Sam gets attacked,and Sam has her moment with the phantom.

This book isn't that unrealistic,I mean arn't all books supposed to be like that?That is why we have a imagination.This book is really good if you have horses and know how they are.

I would recomend this book to anyone who has a pasion for horses,and has a IMAGINATION!!!!

This is the best book out of the Phantom Stallion so far! I love this book because its about Queen, my favorite fictional horse of all times! I also liked Callie a lot to, probably because she's out there, which reminds me of myself a little.

I think its cool how Sam helped out. I also think its good taht she sees that others may have a bond like with her and the Phantom. Its nice to see someone else in the series who believes in special bonds between horse and rider other then Sam or Jake.

And I can't to see what happens with Sam and the Phantom. I know there's going o be 16 books in the series. So don't start crying yet! We're only halfway done with the series.

I love this book and this series! Darby Carter is a 13 year old girl who is "horse crazy"! Darby meets her best friend Hoku, who is sorrel filly horse. Darby and Hoku are sole mates and together they grow and get through many adventures and difficulties. Darby is able to mature and solve the questions of her life as she moves through the paths of adventures and relationships. They solve the mysteries and questions that come up as Darby tries to understand the relationships of the past that involve her mother and her mother's family. You can't help but be taken in and want to know more as the book progresses. The more you learn, the more you want to know and there are always those mysterious questions that keep you wanting to read more of the books. On top of it being a great story, my mom says I am really building my vocabulary by reading more and more of this series. I really like the way Ms. Farley describes every scene. You can with all your senses feel where you are at as she describes the surroundings and setting of each adventure. I like the word pictures she paints, because I can more easily see the places in my mind as I read. Of all the books I have had to read in school and on my own, this series has drawn me in the most and I want to keep reading more and more. I hope Ms. Farley never stops! I bought these for my daughter who loves horses. She adored the stories, so on her second time around I started reading them too her so I could enjoy them too! I was truly amazed at Terri's story telling/writing abilities and her knowledge of her topic. The stories are interesting as well as enlightning! I recommend these stories for any young reader who loves horses...

Wonderful Addition to the Horse Fiction Genre 5 out of 5 stars.

Thirteen-year-old Samantha (Sam) Forster, is absolutely ecstatic when she finds a great home for a group of so-called "unadoptable" mustangs. In fact, she feels like an absolute hero, and is filled with so much strength, she feels like she can do anything. But when she promises to help care for each and every horse, especially the beautiful little blind filly she names Faith, she realizes just how much responsibility she has now. Between school, chores, homework, friends, taking care of her own horses, and helping to take care of the mustangs, Sam feels completely overwhelmed. But when the little blind filly wanders away alone during a horrible snowstorm, Sam blames herself, and knows that it's up to her to save the filly before something terrible happens to her. And maybe, just maybe, her beloved Phantom will help her save the day.

This is my first ever PHANTOM STALLION book, and I am not in anyway disappointed. I found the character of Sam to be full of wonderful spirit, determination, and intelligence. Her outlook on life, and her love for animals (especially horses), is absolutely wonderful, and her courageousness in searching for the blind little filly in the middle of a snowstorm was utterly remarkable. The supporting characters, such as Sam's friends, Jen and Jake, and her guardians, her Father and her Grandmother, make the story so much better, and keep it flowing well, while at the same time capturing the readers' attention. Overall this was a wonderful book that will be cherished for years to come by horse lovers.

Darby's mother is coming back to Hawaii for the awards ceremony Aunt Babe is having to thank Darby, Megan and Cade for saving her horse Stormbird. Darby is spending time with her mother at Sugar Sands Cove Resort but she can't get over how bad her mother was as a kid! Then again Jonah (Darby's grandpa) was tough. He wanted Ellen to stay home and help with chores when she wanted to act! Will they ever get along? Or will Darby have to leave Hawaii and her precious Filly for good?
