This book contains all of the basics on how to flatten the most difficult part of the human body, the ab's. Leisa Hart is a dynamic, easy to follow instructor on video, and now she has done it on print. All techniques are illustrated and explained in a way that makes the beginner comfortable, and an advanced exerciser feel more confident that their doing it right.
Leisa Hart needs to write more fitness books, she is a rising star in the fitness world.
