the best way to get abs is to diet and do situps, start with a little than buildup hitting all areas of the stomach. this book provides you with the exercises to do as do all of them but the key is the diet. if your looking for a guide to learn what situps to do than i'll recommend but if you alredy know about what situps to do than you'll just be reading what you already know.

the key for the ab work is the diet. this book is a great guide for what situps to do but you must have a good diet. if your not a beginner than you will read what you already know. however if your not familiar with situps than i would reccomend this for you.

In order to get the abs that you see in this book, this would entail a full time job and commitment not only on what you eat, how much you eat and how many hours a day you would need to spend in the gym to accomplish this .. who has this type of time?

Most abs books are primarily the same. Good information but moderation is the key to life not the extreme.

This book was such a waste of money. It was all common sense or total nonsense. Soooo repetitive. Said the same things over and over. Don't buy this book

Are there truly shortcuts to having sexy toned abs? Even this book has numerous ideas about exercising. The truth is, you have to exercise. Are there other solutions? Yes, but they seem to include changes in your diet and obsessions that include only drinking with a straw and avoiding various types of food.

Colleen Moriarty explores massage, lemon drinks her yogi friends swear by and the perfect hip to waist ratio. Do you have a medical condition or are you just not sleeping enough? I was pleased to read about the 9 hours and 25 minutes way to lose weight. Just sleep more.

Shortcuts to Sexy abs may motivate you to volunteer to take dogs for walks or you could find yourself joining a yoga class or taking up belly dance as a hobby. The author loves showing her belly and enjoys the fashion trends. She includes just about everything to get you motivated. The only thing you need now is about 10 workout videos or a gym membership. There are exercises in this book, but no pictures.

This book will be more helpful to those who are already close to their ideal body weight and only need to trim and tone a bit here and there. If you are struggling with age related weight gain, you might also want to read The Metabolic Plan and take supplements.

Finally someone wrote an ab book that I can actually use. Every Ab exercise in the book is demonstrated with a color photo you can actually see. Mr.Sepe does not waste his time with 1000 ab exercises, he gives you the best of the best with easy to challenging workouts. I also liked the full body workout that you can do anywhere. Not everyone has time to train at the gym and not everyone has money to spend. The only investment you need for agreat set of abs is time and a good plan and Mr.Sepe gives you a great plan that won't cost you 1000 dollars at your athletic supply store. The diet tips, workouts and ab routines have in this book have given me a flat stomach for the first time ever.......
