I have been reading this devotional with my 5 year old daughter every morning. It is wonderful for her. She understands it and it's not a lot for her to take in. Highly recommend this book. When we are done I will probably start over at the beginning again.

Awesome Devotional for ALL Children 5 out of 5 stars.

I have a four year old, a two year old and an eight month old. We all read this together at bedtime. There are three parts to each daily devotion. A short message, a prayer and a scripture reading. The pictures are vivid and inviting and the short message is brief and clear. I think this is something we will continue to use for many years. ENJOY!!!

I love this book. We have been using it since January and my kids love it (4 yrs & 2 yrs old)! They beg me to read more than one day at a time. It has a short message that goes with the colorful pictures on the page and a pray for the kids to say as well as a scripture reference for you to read each day. The scripture reinforced that the information is coming from God's Word. We started making this book available to parents at our church and they are enjoying it as well.

The Lord's Prayer -- a NEW way to pray 5 out of 5 stars.

Hank Hanegraaff presents the reader with phenomenal insights to the scriptural Lord's Prayer. I am leading a small group that is studying the Lord's Prayer, and we manage to spend 1.5 hrs discussing 4-5 pages of this book. I have been rereading this book for four months, and it has completely changed my prayer life. There are days that I never get farther than "Our Father..." This book is NOT denominational. Absolutely a must for all of us who feel we need growth in our prayer life.

Can't Stop Listening 5 out of 5 stars.

We borrowed these audio cassettes from the library. My daughter listened to them over and over. Friends of hers who happened to ride in the car with us listened too, and they didn't want to get out when we arrived at our destination because they needed to finish the story they were on. Very powerful current day illustrations that all kids relate to. They make the parables of Jesus come alive. It's a shame the title isn't more catchy because some kids will miss listening because of it.

I particularly enjoyed using the story of the Good Samaritan. The authors do an excellent job of telling a modern story followed by the Biblical story then tie the two together. The Good Samaritan brings home the meaning so very well for kids. I would recommend this book or cassette for Children's Church or for home Bible study. It would also be good for young homeschoolers.

Totally Twisted! Fun and Inspiration at the same time! 5 out of 5 stars.

My 8 and 7 year olds are loving this book. We end each night reading this devotional together. They love finding out the interesting facts that could include food facts, famous inventions and people, and obscure trivia. We also use the thought provoking questions to help communicate. I have heard some very interesing answers! I loved it so much I am sending one to my 12 year old niece. I highly recommend this book.

I bought these for my grandsons and both of my daughters and my grandsons love learning these little facts about history along with practical application of the Word in daily life. One thing they noted was all the positive information about the trivia given. Instead of the omg! gossip that is all over the media at the preset time. It's nice to know the good things people do too. Anyway i would recommend this to anyone looking to keep their child's interest in nightly quality time. rp
