I live in England and bought this book whilst on holiday in Florida - it's fantastic. I haven't had any problems at all with the recipes, and it's so simple to get great results. Not one batch have failed, and I'm halfway through the book already!!!
Highly recommended for even the simplest of cooks.

I use recipes from this book over and over again. This ranks right up there with "The Joy of Cooking" in terms of practicality and ease and taste. I've never had one recipe fail, they are all delicious and easy to make. If I go on an out of town trip, I make something from this book to take along for breakfast, for example the oatmeal raisin scones are delicious and easy to take along in a tupperware container tucked in a suitcase. Or if I go camping with friends I'll make some muffins. One time when some friends had a moving party and we met early in the morning, I made "Eggs for a Crowd" and it was a big hit! Great idea for a cookbook, as who knows more about breakfast foods than B&B's?! Plus, they need to have recipes that are original yet easy to make. I highly recommend this book!

The North Carolina Bed & Breakfast Cookbook is one of a series. This is one of the best series I've ever purchased. If you are a lover of Southern food & hospitality, this is a wonderful cookbook for you.

I love this cookbook. It has great recipes. The recipes don't call for ingredients that are difficult to purchase in our area. I recommend this book.

I love this book! Brunch is such a great way to entertain family or friends. This book makes your guests feel like they are at a Bed and Breakfast! The receipe can be as simple as a wonderful sour cream topping to put over fresh fruit. I love the receipes you prepare the night before so you look like the effortless hostess when you bring these unique dishes to the table. Try the Apple French Toast Strata - to die for. You will invite people for brunch just to have an excuse to make them.

I live in Wisconsin so love to plan visits to Bed and Breakfast Inns - but you don't have to live here to love this cookbook.

In its roughly 50 parts, all written by experienced cooks and cook book writers, HP Books' "The Book of ... Cooking" series takes you to the cuisines of various regions of the U.S. and around the world; all in easy to follow, well-explained recipes.

This installment, the Book of Breakfasts and Brunches, presents recipe suggestions for all major variations on the day's first meal, from family breakfasts to party brunches, drinks and entire menu suggestions. Individual sections are dedicated to special occasion breakfasts, healthy breakfasts, informal brunches and summer brunches. Classics such as the good old BLT, assorted rolls, muffins, waffles, eggs and omelets, berry compote, brioche, ham and cheese croissants, corn fritters, croque monsieur, potato skins, gazpacho, hash browns, hot chocolate, peach melba hearts, blinis, roesti, salami and melon, savarin, shrimp toasts, Spanish omelet, spiced orange tea and punch appear next to unique dishes such as grilled citrus cocktail, lemon shrimp, oat-cream mousse, peach creme brulee, sausage and apple braid, trout rolls and watermelon and apple slush.
