I had no problem using this to fold napkins for Thanksgiving. I did the cardinal's hat (on the cover) and the one that makes a pocket for slipping the silverware into. They came out great and added a lot to the table setting. Small book, maybe 25 different folds -- more than enough for me.

Ce livre est très bien fait. Il a 22 figures. J'ai beaucoup aimé: rabbit, swan, boat with sails, laddy's slipper. Il a des photographies en noir et blanc et un peu en couleurs. Les autres figures sont: heart, nest, candle, clown's hat, place card holder, boat, silverware holder, cockscomb, love knot, flower holder, japanese kimono, ascot, peacock, cardinal's hat, dutch hat, african bird, fan et butterfly.

This book is always next to my chair. I review it always. I have bought and given this wonderful book to friends and family. My why of passing the word. This book is an Eye opener for what we put in our mouths & how we are hurting our selfs and our plant.

If you are going to a really large city, I would recommend the City specific guides over the America's Tops (and thus the 4 stars instead of 5). Still, this guide is a must have for the traveler or even for your own city if it does not have a city specific guide. The information is very accurate and up to date. However, there is a disadvantage to the only top restaurants approach. Also, for example, the Cleveland section includes no Akron restaurants. That may be helpful for the business traveler staying in a downtown hotel, but for most other people it would paint a distorted or limited picture of the available choices. Still, for the price, this is a great deal.

This book is excellent for someone who plans on managing a bakery--having lots of employees to do the actual baking, serving on people, cleaning, etc. If you are opening a small operation with yourself doing the majority of the work, this is good reading for when you expand.

This book covered everything a small bakery owner would ever need to run a financially successful business. All of the information was invaluable and I recommend this to anyone who is serious about owning their own bakery.
