Jamie uses the four seasons to introduce us to all the wonderful and abundant produce we have in our diverse country. His cooking methods and tips will amaze you, and the results will satisfy even the most discerning foodie. I highly recommend this book for those who appreciate food and most of all Canadian food , especially fresh, local ingredients when in season. A must have for any cook's library and kitchen.

This book is truly a prize! Healthy & exciting, a brilliant collection of recipes from the founder/owner of one of my most favourite restaurants anywhere (3 Guys & A Stove in Huntsville, ON). You will find the layering of flavours out of this world! I was so excited to finally have the recipes to some of my favourite dishes...the "spicy basmati rice" is the best and all recipes are conveniently designed to be vegetarian with meat added if you wish. And don't forget the best dessert: white chocolate cheesecake baked in phyllo...ahhhhh!
