I am an aspiring MUA and I must say this book is fabulous. Whether you are a professional or just the everyday gal who loves to look great, this book is for you. Granted there are some things in here that are more advanced but it is still a great book. Kevyn is fab a describing the most difficult techniques. I truly have learned so much from both of his books I have purchased.

The names change, but the game remains the same.

The pimp has reached nearly mythical status. We are fascinated by the question of how a guy from the ghetto with no startup capital and no credit -- nothing but the words out of his mouth -- comes not only to have a stable of sexy women who consider him "their man," but to drive a Rolls, sport diamonds, and wear custom suits and alligator shoes from Italy.

His secret is to follow the "unwritten rules of the game" -- a set of regulations handed down orally from older, wiser macks -- which give him superhuman powers of charm, psychological manipulation, and persuasion.

I was looking for a book to enhance my creativity with makeup thats when I came across this book "Eye Candy." When I seen the cover I thought to myself well if the cover is that pretty I wonder whats on the inside? Natural courosity so I bought the book. I waited and waited finally I got recieved it in the mail and it seems to be for teenagers. All the models look to be under the age of 18 and overall disapointing, almost seems as though they went into their mothers makeup and painted their little faces as quickly as possible before they were caught. Im not sure what the intial intention was with the book or how it was came up to use "young models" but Im out of my teens and wanted something for ideas for myself not my niece. Long story short I am disapointed with my purchase, so please consider who is going to be the client before you purchase this book.
