this book is basically a compilation of all of "the girl's" answers from men's health magazine. it has other things too, like her conversations with women on a certain topic, but mainly it's all the info from men's health that she gave over the years.

there's a lot of good advice, but i gave it a four/five because it doesn't have a lot of good info on how to meet women or where to meet women or what to say when you first meet a woman. however, it basically tells you everything else about women besides these little details, so i don't regret buying this at all.

p.s. for the "little details" left out mentioned above, i recommend getting MAKE EVERY GIRL WANT YOU by john fate and steve reil.

Any time you throw 269 "tips" together, some will seems great and others will seem to be more of a "so what?". Some of the tips involve doing something with your tongue or finger, and then each part of the body you touch is a different "tip". Come on... In the sex toy area, we get a laundry list of different vibrators and toys. It may work for you, it may not...

Basically, you'll know much of this (or you already should) but you might pick up a couple things you'd like to try...

I have to say, this is one of the worst items I have ever purchased in my life, Its so bad I threw it in the bin because I felt like I was duped by the author who I think is a con artist. So please, do not buy this tripe, its not worth the paper its written on, you have been warned.

I am kicking myself since last night. Reason: I bought this cd from amazon 2 years ago. I listened for about 30 minutes. The key sound was too weird and I thought the author was some looney guy (sorry Jack). Then I rechecked all reviews and found that all good reviewers had only one review that for this cd. It helped plant further doubts about this multiple orgasm technique and I threw the cd away.

Yesterday while going through my old cds I came across the MMO cd again. For the heck of it, I listed to it completely. Yesterday evening I lay on my bed and applied the key sound technique. On every sexual energy spike or when I was breathing heavily, I would grasp that moment, do a belly breath and use the key sound. Then on I used the key sound after every 4 - 5 breaths. 30 minutes later my entire body was tingling intensely for about 10 - 20 minutes. It was a very pleasurable feeling. I immediately wrote to Jack and asked him about questions I had. Jack replied immediately and this morning I tried the key sound technique with my girlfriend. Sure enough in about 20 - 25 minutes of using the key sound, I had not ejaculated and instead the intense tingling sensation intensified, but this time I kept going on and sure enough I arrived at the orgasmic point - only this time it was internal. The shocking thing was the orgasmic emotional point (the point of physical ejaculation) lasted not for the traditional/usual 1 millisecond but continued for minutes. The beautiful millisecond which men crave for, which happed at the point of ejaculation actually stayed for 10 - 15 minutes. A state of the highest emotional bliss I have ever experienced.

After a year of trying pc muscle the barbara keesling way or the Mantek Chia way, I had reached nowhere. once or twice I had a slight experience of tingling when I had used the mantek chia's teachings of moving the sexual energy through the microcosmic orbit, but it is beyond an average person's power to control the pc muscle so as not to ejaculate.

Jack Johnston key sound though sounds weird is but the one easy way to multiple orgasms. Just to clarify - Multiple orgasms are not physical ejaculations but whole body orgasms happening in succession.

Two years ago I thought this key sound was so foolish. Since last evening I've realized it was just me who was for not having given this new technique a chance.

In this age of tantra and other things, there is no reason why you and your partner should feel odd about trying this new technique. I am simply blown away by how simple the path to MMO has been made by this key sound technique.

Overall, I was satisfied with this book. It gives some useful, if not practical tips and suggestions on being under the covers with a woman. Nothing earthshattering or too enlightening here though. If you are looking for insight, check out How to Give Her Pleasure OR The Romantic's Guide by Michael Webb.

Keesling's books are pretty good, but this one is largely monothematic. Personally, I like the idea of Karezza much better than the idea of Tantric holding---which is a lot of what Keesling is advocating here. Still, technique is important, and Keesling has a few good ones... That said, I liked her Sexual Healing and Sexual Pleasure volumes better.

Men and Sex is the best sex manual for men...period. 4 out of 5 stars.

This is an invaluable guide to men who really want to make something of their sex life. It is written from a Christian perspective making it especially valuable and unique, but non-Christians will benefit too.

The book approaches sexuality from the position that it is the man's action which ultimately dictate the level of fulfillment in a sexual relationship when he is sensitive enough to be guided by the woman. Men and Sex makes a very strong case that women must embrace their own sexuality and be freed by the man to express it for the relationship to be truly satisfying.

In short, this is probably the best guide to a sexually fulfilling relationship a man is likely to find anywhere.
