This book has love, murder enfolded in it's deepest layers. 5 out of 5 stars.

This book, like most of Don Pendleton's best work, starts out with action and ends with action. Bullets destroy bodies and buildings, and women destroy relationships and men. The main character is a detective who decides to take the case of a young lady who is murdered upon her departure. It leads him through love, life, and death as he attempts to figure out who is killing young ladies. This book is very enjoyable and extremely thrill-seeking

Copp in Deep

Copp in Deep is a fabulous novel to read. It was filled with action and excitement throughout the whole novel. Copp in Deep is an action-packed novel with a very creative super hero. Joe Copp is the main character of the novel, who gets caught up with a few murders, brawls with other people on the streets, and running from the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Joe used to be a police officer but now he is a private investigator. Copp is hired by his old buddy ex- cop Tom Chase, to protect him from the FBI. Copp meets up with plenty of sexy women, while trying to escape from the KGB men. Tom Chase is arrested as a spy. Putnam and Delancey were assassinated, as they were two top executives of a company called Power Tron. This novel has you thinking about every little suspicious event in the novel. There are some choppy scenes in the book where you say, "what just happened?" That will all smooth out later as you keep reading the novel. Overall this is a good book of entertainment and I highly advise that this novel be read in your spare time.
